Linfield University’s latest Annual Security and Fire Safety Report shows no reported crimes on the Portland campus and an increase in reported incidents on the McMinnville campus, primarily due to an increase in liquor law referrals.
The 2025 Annual Security and Fire Safety Report, released Oct. 1, includes statistics for the previous three calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the university; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, a university campus. Data included in this report includes statistics from Linfield’s McMinnville and Portland campuses.
Publishing this report is a requirement of federal law, including the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Higher Education Opportunity Act.
