By Kevin Curry

Hampton Comcast NewsmakersMichael Hampton, director of career development at Linfield College, was interviewed recently by Comcast Newsmakers about how Linfield helps prepare students for work after college.

Comcast Newsmakers selected Linfield College as the host for recent interviews with local leaders from Yamhill County. The short interview segments are hosted by journalist Ken Ackerman and feature discussions with elected, non-profit and community leaders from the area. In addition to being online, the interviews are featured locally on CNN Headline News.

Linfield was also represented by President Thomas L. Hellie, who discussed the state of college enrollment, and biology Professor Anne Kruchten, who talked about Linfield’s efforts to build a community of scientists on campus.
