Ivanna Tucker ’15 is making the most of her Linfield College experience.
Watch Tucker share her thoughts on her Linfield experience.
She’s not only this year’s vice president of the Associated Students of Linfield College (ASLC), she has also participated in a variety of activities including The Linfield Review, Greek life and KSLC. What’s more, she interned at Juliette’s House, a local nonprofit, child abuse intervention center.
“I jumped in head first and took on leadership roles,” said Tucker, who credits a number of Linfield resources for her success, including the career center and professors who care about their students.
A mass communication and communication arts double major, Tucker was also a part of Linfield’s First CLAS pre-orientation program and credits it with giving her a strong start at Linfield.
“Being a part of the First CLAS program, I had friends from the start,” she said. “I was introduced to a group of students who were in about the same place I was. One of them is on ASLC with me so we’ve been friends since the first day of First CLAS. It’s great to have those connections still.”
