Marianne Mills ’72 has always led a sporting life; from football, soccer, golf, wrestling and cross country, she’s worked with them all.
In a recent profile by the McMinnville News-Register, Mills looked back on her career as she was inducted into the Oregon Athletic Directors Hall of Fame.
Mills attended Linfield as a physical education and education major. Since then she has worked as a teacher for Amity High School, a counselor at McMinnville High School and eventually served as MHS athletic director until retiring in 2002. Mills also worked for Habitat for Humanity until her second retirement in 2010 and remains a staunch supporter of the organization.
