In their fall dance showcase called “VISCERAL,” Linfield College students will perform a two-act dance performance showcasing contemporary choreography on Thursday, Nov. 21, and Friday, Nov. 22, at 7 p.m. in the Marshall Theater located in Ford Hall.
The show focuses on sensory details like sight, sound and touch through choreography enhanced production elements. Under the artistic direction of Linfield’s dance instructor, Eve Brindis, “VISCERAL” was created to make the audience feel elemental emotions deep and to their core. Linfield junior Hannah Curry and senior Miranda Gill helped choreograph the cast of 22 students.
The show, sponsored by the Linfield Department of Music and the Department of Theatre and Communication Arts, is free and open to the public. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
