Linfield University’s School of Nursing hosts the Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) for a re-accreditation on-site evaluation from Wednesday, Sept.16 to Friday, Sept. 18, 2026. The evaluation will be conducted for the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree program: the Master’s Entry into Professional Nursing (MEPN) program.
In accordance with CCNE’s procedures, the Commission provides the opportunity for program constituents and other interested parties to submit, in writing, third-party comments concerning a program’s qualifications for accreditation. To be considered by the evaluation team, comments must relate to CCNE accreditation standards (amended 2024). Third-party comments concerning Linfield’s MEPN program must be submitted in written English in accordance with CCNE’s policy on Conduct of Business in English. CCNE accepts only signed comments.
Comments must be received by CCNE no later than 21 days prior to the on-site evaluation (Wednesday, August 26, 2026). CCNE shares third-party comments with members of the evaluation team prior to the visit; however, at no time during the review process are these comments shared with the program.
If you would like to submit a third-party comment, please submit to thirdpartycomments@ccneaccreditation.org.
