A group of staff and faculty from across the university completed a personal leadership education program through Credo, Linfield’s partner on Moving the Needle (MTN). Offered exclusively to Credo’s MTN schools, the program promotes individual leadership growth and professional development surrounding trends and opportunities in higher education. The interactive, virtual training took place over 1.5 days. Participants completing the program earned a Credly badge.
