Birthday cake and photos with the Wildcat can only mean one thing – Happy Birthday Linfield! See a slideshow of the celebration.
The Linfield Student Alumni Association led the campus in celebrating Linfield’s 156th Birthday. The party included a time capsule, cake, games, prizes and photos with the Wildcat. The history archives are compiling student memories from 2013, and students were invited to submit pictures and artifacts to add to Linfield’s rich history. In addition, participants could submit names for consideration in the Name the Wildcat contest.
Linfield joined nearly 100 schools participating in Student Engagement and Philanthropy Day. The initiative is designed to increase student understanding of philanthropy and grow engagement on campuses. Institutions from the United States, England, Canada, Australia and other countries will participate.
