Linfield students will have an opportunity to join a 5K benefit run this Sunday. The fundraiser will help a Linfield student athlete who has brain cancer.
Registration opens at 9 a.m., with a competitive timed race scheduled for 10 a.m. and a fun run/walk scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. The cost is $10 for one runner or $17 for two runners who register together.
“Grab a friend, lace up your sneakers and meet in the Oak Grove to help support a fellow Wildcat,” says Katherine Brackmann, sports information and marketing assistant at Linfield.
