Giant gift tags will dot the Linfield College campus Tuesday, Nov. 17, all in the name of philanthropy.
Linfield for Life, the Student Alumni Association, is hosting Tag Day. Large signs resembling gift tags will be placed around the McMinnville Campus, highlighting improvements that have been made possible by generous gifts from Linfield alumni, donors and friends.
The student group is also inviting students to participate in a scavenger hunt, with a chance to win $25 to Golden Valley Brewery. Simply take a photo of or with five signs around campus and create a picture collage to upload to one of three social media accounts — Facebook (/LinfieldforLife), Twitter (@Linfieldforlife), and Instagram (linfieldforlife). Tag Linfield for Life or #TAGDAY. Deadline for submissions is 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 17.
Scavenger hunt clues:
1. The tag that continues to keep our campus looking beautiful all year.
2. The building that keeps us Wildcats fit.
3. The building that makes it possible for all of us to attend Linfield.
4. The newest and most up-to-date academic building on campus.
5. The building that was made possible through a donation of $11 million.
