“The need to build skills to address this important topic motivated us to partner with NRP and insendi, and we anticipate its local and global appeal,” said Jennifer R. Madden, professor and dean of Linfield’s School of Business.

Created in partnership with the Neighborhood Resilience Project (NRP), the trauma-informed community development program is designed for service leaders, community activists, government employees and concerned citizens. This course gives participants a toolkit with which to build healthy and resilient communities. The program is led by experts in the practice of trauma-informed community development.

The insendi learning platform allows educational organizations, like Linfield, to craft highly interactive and engaging courses. insendi, a Study Group Company, partners with other leading universities around the world, including the University of Oxford, University of Melbourne, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Johns Hopkins University.

“We are thrilled to begin this unique partnership with Linfield University, contributing towards the university’s mission to challenge learners in an unconventional way and using education for positive social impact,” said Steve Hill, chief partnership officer of Study Group.
