12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS: Members of Theta Chi fraternity will collect donations for YCAP during Theta Chi 12 Days of Christmas Nov. 30-Dec. 11 at Linfield College. Students will serve refreshments and accept donations around the clock from an RV parked near Dillin Hall. For more information, call or email jnolte@linfield.edu, 503-593-7914.

TUESDAY, DEC. 1
CHINA LECTURE: Jim Diamond, professor of chemistry, will present “Beijing Bang!” Tuesday, Dec. 1, at 3 p.m. in Jonasson Hall, lower level of Melrose Hall at Linfield. It is free and open to the public. For more information, call 503-883-2434.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 2
PORTLAND BAROQUE ORCHESTRA: The Portland Baroque Orchestra will perform Wednesday, Dec. 2, at 7:30 p.m. in the Richard and Lucille Ice Auditorium in Melrose Hall. Tickets are $10 at the door. For more information call the Linfield Department of Music at 503-883-2275.

ART EXHIBIT: An exhibition of student work will be featured Dec. 2-19 in the Linfield Fine Art Gallery in the James F. Miller Fine Arts Center. An opening reception will be held Wednesday, Dec. 2, at 6 p.m. in the gallery. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. For more information, call 503-883-2804.
