Linfield College Wildcats defeated Hardin-Simmons 24-10 in a hard-fought road victory Saturday in Abilene, Texas during the opening round of the NCAA Division III football playoffs. Linfield held Hardin-Simmons to 80 yards and no points after halftime.
The Wildcats advance to the second round of the NCAA playoffs for the eighth straight season and will play Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas Saturday, Nov. 26, at 10 a.m. PT.
Linfield will host watch parties in McMinnville at 1882 Grille, Portland at the Lloyd District Buffalo Wild Wings and Bend at The Hideaway Tavern. All three watch parties are kid-friendly, and doors will open at 9:30 a.m. PT. Learn more about the watch parties.
